Returns & Exchanges

At Confeet, we want you to step out in confidence; if your new footwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with the packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear back in its original Confeet box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
